How do I check my rewards balance?

There are multiple ways to check your rewards balance.

Method 1: Check the Wellth Rewards app

1. Open the Wellth Rewards app
2. Click on the hamburger menu in the left hand corner of your screen.
3. Tap on “Rewards” in the menu pop up.
4. View your balance in your feed.

Note that the balance shown is current as of the date shown. If you need more up-to-date information, please use Method 2 below.

Method 2: Call the number on the back of your rewards card

1. Call (833) 614-3258.
2. Press 1 to access information about your card.
3. Enter your 16 digit card number when prompted.
