Before you can start using your rewards, you need to receive your Wellth Rewards Card in the mail and stay on your program until at least your first payout date.
Once you receive your card, you must first call the number on the back to activate it and set a PIN. You will need to use this PIN to make purchases, so be sure to chose a number you will remember! If you do forget your PIN, you can reset it by calling the number on the back of your rewards card.
