I can’t check in on the app due to issues beyond my control, what do I do?

If you cannot check-in due to circumstances outside of your control, such as:

  • Insufficient supplies
  • Hospitalization
  • Physical issues with your phone
  • Any sort of app issues
  • Unreceived or lost rewards cards
  • Travel to a low connectivity area
