There could be a few reasons for this, but don’t worry! We’ll make sure you don’t miss any rewards.
1. Make sure to tap on "Verify" to complete your check in.
The app will not register your check-in as completed until you tap on the green “Verify” button after taking your photo. After you’ve done this, always tap on “Continue” and then wait for the app to bring you back to your check-in screen before you close the app.
2. Re-open your app.
Sometimes closing the app too soon will prevent the app from sending your check-in data to Wellth. If you think you might have closed your app too soon, re-open your app and the data from your check-in should send!
3. Check your wifi.
Also, check to see if your WiFi is enabled on your phone. Like most apps, the Wellth Rewards app performs best on a good WiFi connection. An option to enable WiFi will be in your phone’s settings.
