If you see the above “No reminders yet” screen, your app is stuck loading, or it keeps closing automatically when you try to open it, here are some steps you can take to get your check-in to display:
1. Make sure WiFi is enabled on your phone
Like most apps, the Wellth Rewards app performs best on a good WiFi connection. An option to enable WiFi will be in your phone’s settings.
2. Restart Your Phone
Sometimes a simple restart can work wonders! To do this, simply turn your phone off and back on again. This often resolves one-time issues with technology.
3. Sign Out and Back In
If the reminders persist, try signing out of the app and then signing back in. Here's how:
- Open the app and tap on the three horizontal bars in the top left corner of the screen.
- Select "Settings" and then choose "Sign Out."
- To sign back in, open the app again and enter your phone number, just like you did during enrollment. Press the white arrow on the bottom right.
- You'll receive a text message with a link. Tap on the link in your text messages to be directed back into the app.
- Uninstall and Reinstall the App: If the issue persists after trying the above steps, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Here's how:
- If you're comfortable doing so, delete the app from your phone.
- Then, head to your app store and download the app again.
- Once it's installed, open the app and log in as usual.
