We apologize that you may be seeing a white or blank screen in the Wellth Rewards app. We understand this is frustrating, and we are working to get a permanent fix out as soon as possible.
Most importantly, please know that we’ve got you covered:
- Your rewards will be credited for any check-ins you may have missed.
- If you receive a payout with missing funds, please rest assured, you will be credited
- Your streak is safe and will be restored.
You don’t need to do anything to get this credit; we are working on crediting you as soon as we can
Below is a quick guide on how you can get the app working again right now.
Reinstall the app
Don't worry, your account information and rewards are saved and will be there when you log back in.
- Find the Wellth Rewards app on your phone’s screen.
- Press and hold your finger on the app icon until a menu appears.
- Tap "Remove App" (it has a minus sign next to it), then tap "Delete App".
- Download the Wellth Rewards app by going to this link.
- Or Open the App Store (the blue icon with an "A").
- Tap the "Search" tab at the bottom right, and type "Wellth Rewards" into the search bar at the top.
- Find the Wellth Rewards app in the list and tap the cloud or "Get" icon to download it again.
- Once it's downloaded, open the app and log in.
